The Conway COA through a partnership with the South County Senior Center (SCSC) has been awarded a grant through the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) to enhance digital literacy for older adults who reside in Conway. The SCSC will be holding a lottery for up to 50 Conway Residents to receive an iPad. The iPads are 10th Generation iPads which are WIFI and Cellular capable.
There are no income guidelines for this lottery.
Details: 50 iPads are available to win in this lottery for Conway residents. If you are chosen to receive an iPad, you must participate in the 2 one – hour training classes provided through the SCSC at either a Sunderland or Conway location at no cost to you (it is funded through this grant). Free transportation will be provided if it is needed. Once the technology training is completed, the iPad is yours to keep.
Please note: Only one member per household may win (if you or someone from your household has already won, you are not eligible to win again – this does not include those who reside in a shared living entity (nursing or group home)) as this grant allows for up to $500 value per household.
