The Outreach Program offers information and assistance in applying for benefits, programs, or services; referrals to community services and agencies, assistance and support for crises and concerns (personal, family, etc.), referrals for protective services, advocacy, and more.
The Outreach Program can assist with information and applying for benefits including health insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, MassHealth and related programs including the “Buy-In” and the Health Safety Net, and more), Veteran’s benefits, fuel assistance, SNAP, and more.
